Broken glass, or dented shades or frames are not considered defective items and cannot be returned. In such cases, we will provide a new replacement glass or shade at no additional charge. If you do not accept the exchange and want to return the item, the order will be treated as a return. Please arrange return shipping; you are responsible for the shipping costs. Once we confirm the return, you will receive a refund (excluding express shipping charges).
3. What if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive the wrong item, please email us at support@ateasehomelife.com within 7 days of delivery and attach clear pictures of the item and its packaging. We will process your claim and contact you about an exchange or return as soon as possible.
